As a registered space mining lobbyist, the company successfully lobbied for Poland's accession to the international NASA Artemis Accords agreement. The agreement has seted preliminary prices for the high value materials to be extracted. It also establishes and expands cislunar and solar system value chain . Solar Systems Resources Corporation Sp. z o. o. and US Nuclear Corp. plan to cooperate building a value chain starting with mining and selling valuable helium-3 and lanthanide metals and other materials from space deposits.

Solar System Resources Corporation Sp. z o. o. and US Nuclear Corp (OTCQB:UCLE) signed a historic transatlantic agreement for the supply of the desperately rare helium-3 isotope from deposits located on the moon. Helium-3 is humanity’s hope for cheap, ecological fusion energy without the production of radioactive wastes. It is estimated that 200 tons of helium-3 would be enough to meet the global annual energy needs of all mankind without producing greenhouse gases or pollution and without burdensome social austerities and sacrifices – unlimited, cheap, clean, green energy.
